Where We Deliver
We deliver items to mainland addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is FREE on orders over £130 and for orders under this we charge £4.99 for delivery. Please note we do not deliver to the following locations:
- UK: We are unable to deliver to the following UK postcodes: JE, GY, ZE, HS and IM
- Northern Ireland
Order confirmation
When your order has been approved, we will send you a confirmation email with all your order details. Please check the information carefully and if anything doesn't look correct, email us straight away so we can help.
Delivery confirmation
You will be sent a confirmation email updating you with estimated delivery.
Christmas Delivery Information
The cut off for Christmas delivery on in stock large items & furniture which are on a 7 working day dispatch is the 8th December. Our last order date for Christmas delivery of small items, such as decor on a 2-3 working day dispatch is the 18th December. If you live in a particularly remote or rural location please be advised that delivery by our partners could take a little longer.
Large furniture items (e.g dining sets, beds, coffee tables, large mirrors)
Our courier team will contact you to arrange a weekday delivery slot.
For 1-man deliveries such as a single armchair or coffee table, we now offer a 'deliver to a safe place' service to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
How long does delivery take?
As a guide, UK usually takes 7-10 working days from the point at which your order is dispatched from the warehouse. The majority of orders arrive within 7 working days. For deliveries to Scotland, we advise a delivery time of 10-14 working days.
Small items (e.g cushions, small decor items)
Delivery is usually around 2-3 working days depending on your location.
Nominated delivery day
Our courier partner provides week-day delivery options and will contact you directly to arrange delivery. If you’re not at home to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with details of your local depot where the order will be held. Please call the number on the card to re-schedule the delivery at your convenience. If you struggle to arrange an alternative slot, you may wish to issue an 'authority to leave' with the courier.
Cancellations
You may cancel an item if it hasn't been dispatched from the warehouse.
To cancel an item from your order, please email us at info@clearancefurniture.co.uk as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Returns
Returning for a refund
To return an item within our 14-day returns period, you need to email us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that when you are returning an item all delivery charges will be deducted from your refund, including the original delivery charge (£4.95 for orders under £130) and the return delivery charge. The return delivery charges are outlined below.
Return delivery charges
£4.99 for a small product (eg. a throw, candle, doorstop, vase etc)
£15.00 for a medium product (eg. a side table, mirror, floor lamp, dining chair etc)
£45.00 for a large product (eg. a bed, sofa, sideboard, wardrobe, dining table etc)
Returns of damaged products
All damaged products must first be reported to our Customer Service Team in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please email info@clearancefurniture.co.uk and include a picture of the damaged product in order to prevent delays in dealing with your request. Please note the product must be returned in its original packaging. T&Cs apply.
Collecting your Product
Our Customer Service Team are on hand to assist you with booking in collections for returned items. We aim to offer a collection slot within 5 working days for small items, and 14 working days for large items which must be planned into the route schedule with our couriers. Please try to make allowances for these estimated windows.
Refunding your order
Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account that was used to purchase the item. All delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless stated otherwise.
